Delivery Destinations

Deliveries are limited to Hong Kong only. Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, parts of outlying islands (subject to a surcharge; please call for details). Delivery to hotel guest room and restricted areas is not available.

As all vehicles are prohibited to enter into Ma Wan after 4:00p.m., delivery time slot for Ma Wan is only available from 10:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. and from 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.

Delivery Date


Monday – Saturday only (Sunday & Public Holidays excluded)


Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon No.8 or black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted. In such cases, our Customer Service staff will contact you to arrange another delivery time.


Order will be delivered within  5 working days from the date of order. Customer Service Staff will contact customer to confirm date of delivery.

Advanced payment by Visa/ Master/ JCB cards or bank deposit.

Cash or check upon delivery is also accepted

Cancellation or Change of Order


Customer may change/ cancel the order by calling our hotline. Change/ cancellation of order will be valid only after the confirmation made by our staff. Please contact us:


- at least 24 hours prior to delivery.


- before the preceding Friday for Monday's delivery order.

Surcharge of HK$50.00 will be applied if customers cancel the order after the above specified time schedule.


Upon agreement with customers, Gourmet On-line can replace with similar items if the ones ordered are out of stock.

Customer Enquiries

Customer should check the goods upon arrival. If any products are damaged or missing, please contact us by phone, fax or email within 24 hours from the date of receiving. Gourmet On-Line will arrange refunding or order replacement if the case requires.


Delivery service is not available or delivery fee will be charged for each invoice if there is no authorized or legitimate unloading area within 50 meters of the delivery address.
In the event of a lift is out of order, we will inform you to re-arrange the time of delivery.
Fiji Fish Limited reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated the delivery time.
Customers is requested to call our hotline at
8522575 7626 within the time stated above for any change of order.
Delivery service will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted.
Fiji Fish Limited will contact customer to re-schedule delivery time. 
Fiji Fish Limited reserves the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
Fiji Fish Limited may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, Fiji Fish Limited 's determination shall be final. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
